STORY

Mary Banks is a fulltime teacher at a Learning Center. She loves teaching using visuals as a way to enhance memory and she has taught children of all ages for many years. She holds several degrees including a BA in Management Communications from DePaul University and a PHD in philosophy. She is retired from law enforcement investigations. She is married with 3 adult children. She is a licensed ordained Minister and travels preaching and teaching about Jesus Christ. She preaches in the prisons and nursing homes. Her first passion is being a prayer warrior. She is a community volunteer. For years her home was a safe haven drop off place through DCFS for children who needed emergency shelter due to being taken out of their home in the middle of the night. Mary is a notary public and is a published author of a 6-book series now on Amazon. She owns “Banks Abundant Blessings LLC@Amazon.com” and “Mary Sykes Banks.com” online bookstores. Her book series: “An Attitude of Expectancy,” rated 8.93 by the critics.She is a community volunteer and served as a parent volunteer, mentor and tutor in the Chicago Public schools and private school sector. Mary wants every person to be the change that they want to see in this world!
